Mater Christi celebrated not one, but two centenarians this month!
On Tuesday 19th January 2021Betty Sara turned 100 years young! After celebrating with her family for lunch, Betty celebrated with some of her Mater Christi friends and staff.
Betty has enjoyed a vibrant, busy life - raising Australia’s first quadruplets, being on ‘this is your life’, and spending some of her spare time dressed as the queen on stage at the Jetty Theatre. Many happy Returns, Betty.
Happy 100th Birthday to former Marian Grove, now Mater Christi resident and matriarch of the May family, Gabriella.
With two celebrations needed to accommodate all her friends as well as family, Gabriella is a wonderful role model for living well! Gabriella’s birthday was on Monday 25th January.
