Due to further confirmed resident cases of Covid – 19 Mater Christi will be in lockdown until further notice.
This will be reviewed next Monday.
Residents who have returned positive results will continue to isolate in their rooms and our testing regime and close clinical monitoring of all residents is ongoing.
Ambulant residents who are not positive or symptomatic are able to move freely within their own house and courtyard.
We continue to work closely with the NSW Health Public Health Unit who have provided support and positive endorsement of our response and management of the outbreak.
As usual, visits on compassionate grounds and for ‘end-of-life ‘ care will continue by arrangement with myself.
