We have a number of workshops coming up at THE LINK throughout the month of July with Artisian Cooking School.
Camembert and Brie Workshop
2pm to 4.30pm Thursday 7th July
This workshop not only covers how to make the cheese, it covers the history of the cheese understanding the difference between bloomy white molded cheeses and pairing them with beverages.

Gnocchi Workshop
11.30am - 12pm Thursday 14th July
We will turn the humble potato into a light little pillow of Gnocchi and match it with a delicate sauce. The word gnocchi in Italian means “little lump”. It was traditionally served as an extra during a traditional Italian meal. Gastronomically speaking however, gnocchi should be anything but lumpish as a well-made gnocchi should be light and fluffy.
Cost $70 6-8 participants.
Create the Perfect Platter
11.30am - 12pm Friday 22nd July
Platters are a sensible alternative for entertaining. Presenting the platter is important, we eat with our eyes first so let’s make it look delicious. Workshop includes all ingredients. Bring nothing but yourself and an appetite as the platter created will be lunch
Cost $38 6-8 participants.
Pasta
11.30am - 12pm Thursday 28th July
Learn how easy it is to make your own pasta dough. Our pasta dough we will then turn into Agnolotti, and Fettuccini. The Agnolotti will be stuffed with a fresh home-made ricotts and spinach. We will also create a couple of quick easy sauces to go with the pasta.
Cost $70 6-8 participants.
Particpants are welcome to stay for lunch after morning classses.
