MARIAN GROVE
INDEPENDENT

Marian Grove Independent Living Village, a part of the Sawtell Catholic Care of the Aged not for profit organisation, was established over 25 years ago. It is located approximately ten kilometres south of Coffs Harbour and four kilometers from the seaside town of sunny Sawtell.
Set within 27 acres of landscaped award winning gardens and surrounded by a bushland sanctuary, Marian Grove is a vibrant, happy community, with a great reputation and an enviable resident lifestyle.
The village and Marian Grove New Release, offers quality one, two and three bedroom new and newly renovated units waiting for your arrival. Safety is a design priority, ensuring elimination of trip hazards, inclusion of convenient handrails, wide doorways, high-seat toilets, emergency response pendants & internal access from the garage. The units start from $350,000 with occupancy by Licence Agreement. The Agreement requires a 35% Capital Contribution with the balance comprising an Interest Free Loan from the resident to Marian Grove repayable under the terms of the Licence Agreement.
