Our recruitment program has been developed in collaboration with Job Network Provider, The Enterprise & Training Company Limited (ETC) and offers funded pre-entry training to prepare candidates for a career within the aged and community services sector.
We provide in-house and on-the-job training and engage industry specialists as required. We are also members of the Aged Care Channel network, which supports our services with up to date information and expert advice....
Our professional development program includes apprenticeships and traineeships for appropriate new-to-industry employees. We also offer opportunities to existing employees to enter into traineeships or other accredited training programs to enhance their knowledge and expand their existing skills. Our senior training partner is North Coast TAFE, which is a regular contributor to our specialised programs.
